Position: Professional Nurse [General With Midwifery] Grade 1 [Shifts]

- Salary: Annual compensation of R293 670.00 plus additional 8% of basic salary as PSCBC or 12% of base salary as ISRDS Nodes rural allowance.
- Qualifications and Competencies:
- Basic R425 Qualification accompanied by Midwifery (Diploma or Degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification enabling registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council.
- Current registration is required with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
- Applicants should possess less than 3 years’ appropriate/recognisable Nursing experience after registration with the SANC as Professional Nurse under Grade 1 (Minimum Notch).
- Only South African Citizens or permanent residents are eligible for application.
Position: Staff Nurse Grade 1 [Shifts]
Number of Posts: 161
- Salary: Annual compensation of R199 725.00.
- Qualifications and Competencies:
- Applicants are required to have qualifications that allow registration with the SANC as State Nurse.
- Current Registration is required with the SANC as Enrolled Nurse.
- Applicants should possess less than 5 years’ recognisable/appropriate nursing experience after registration with SANC as Enrolled Nurse.
- Applications are open to South African citizens or permanent residents.
- Certain other job requirements may be required such as willingness to work onsite during odd hours including night duty, weekends and public holidays, willingness to work overtime or at short notice.

Position: Nursing Assistant: Grade 1 [Shifts]
Number of Posts: 89
- Salary: Annual compensation of R157 761.00.
- Qualifications and Competencies:
- Qualifications that render possible registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant are a prerequisite.
- Applicants must currently be registered with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant.
- Applicants should have less than 3 years’ relevant experience as a nursing assistant after registration with SANC.
- Candidates need to be South African citizens or hold permanent residency status.
- Jobs might come with predetermined requirements such as to work in shifts including night duty, weekends, and public holidays, work extra hours at short notice, and perform overtime tasks as required.
