Experience:

  • Appropriate experience in administration.

Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):

  • Computer literacy in MS Excel and Word. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Duties (Key Result Areas/Outputs):

  • Provide clerical support for patients, including admissions, discharges, and transfers on the hospital system.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as ordering resources and stock, and assist with stocktaking.
  • Support the supervisor and colleagues as needed.
  • Assist the Head of Nursing with staff administration.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

  • Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
