About the Role

The Handyman will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building infrastructure. You will ensure that all work is safe, efficient and meets Tsebo and Huawei standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections and record any issues.
• Support subcontractors and verify that they follow safety regulations.
• Keep tools and the workshop clean and organized.
• Complete work orders and reports accurately and on time.
• Respond to client queries and escalate problems when necessary.

Skills & Competencies

• Reliable, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional attitude, resilient and safety‑conscious.

Qualifications

• Matric (NQF Level 4). A technical qualification is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, plumbing and basic electrical systems.
• Strong time‑management skills and a focus on customer service.
