Job Description
As part of our team, your primary responsibility will be to market and sell our merchandise in alignment with agreed targets. This involves effectively promoting our stock to customers and managing stock control to guarantee its constant availability.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 qualification
• Experience in an agricultural retail environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of mechanisation products—including oils, bearings, ploughshares, slasher blades, and hardware—is essential
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and electrical equipment is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Strong marketing and client service orientation
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training
• A valid driver’s license is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage stock control effectively
• Coordinate stock orders
• Market agricultural commodities to customers
• Fulfill additional job-related duties as necessary
• Deliver exemplary customer service to walk-in clients and respond promptly via phone and email
