Purpose Statement

• Coordinate, investigate, and provide timely feedback on incoming technical queries from various departments while adhering to service level agreements.
• Oversee and implement small system and operational improvements based on user and client feedback.

Education Requirements

Minimum: A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology.

Knowledge and Experience

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in systems support, administration, or analysis.

Knowledge Requirements:

• Minimum Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of computer systems pertinent to specific departments.
  • Experience with databases and query language such as SQL, including MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ideal Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of IT systems development processes.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
  • Previous exposure to ATM systems, either hardware or software-based.
  • Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, SFTP) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices in quality assurance.
  • An understanding of banking systems and business models.
