Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required
To be considered for the exciting roles we offer, candidates must possess the following fundamental qualifications and skills:

Work Experience Requirements
In addition to qualifications, candidates should have the following work experience:
- 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Extensive experience post-trade qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of mining operations.
- Experience with TMM (Tracked Major Mining) and Underground Machinery.
- Proficient in planned maintenance.
- Familiarity with the mining process and maintenance needs of related equipment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Key Responsibilities of the Role

- Ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of all equipment.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and statutory inspections.
- Executing both scheduled and non-scheduled repairs as necessary.
- Communicating effectively with clients and supervisors regarding equipment status.
- Leading and motivating a team to achieve production targets.
- Implementing systems to control work quality and output.
- Providing coaching and on-the-job training to team members.
- Monitoring budget adherence and managing expenditures.
- Completing administrative duties for record accuracy and compliance.
