About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive General Worker to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. The successful candidate will be the primary custodian responsible for housekeeping across the brand’s headquarters and related operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general housekeeping of the brand’s premises, including offices, conference rooms, tasting rooms, and restaurant areas.
• Prepare and service tea, coffee, and meals for conferences, meetings, and special events.
• Clean all floors, surfaces, glassware, doors, and windows throughout the day.
• Set up public spaces before guests arrive and ensure they remain tidy.
• Report any maintenance, safety, or cleaning issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
• Follow Heineken Beverages policies and procedures, and suggest improvements where possible.

Education & Experience

• Matriculation (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Relevant courses or certificates in cleanliness and hygiene management are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a general worker or front‑of‑house role.
• Experience with food and beverage preparation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work after hours, weekends, public holidays, and during festive seasons.
• Proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
