Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following requirements to apply:
- A National Diploma, BA Degree, BCom, BTech, Honors, or Masters in Risk Management, Internal Auditing, or External Auditing.
- Candidates should be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old and must be South African citizens.
- You must be a resident of Gauteng Province and an unemployed graduate who has not participated in a government internship program before.
- Applicants should have completed their academic theory and require practical experience to complete their qualification.
Responsibilities:
Interns will be tasked with a variety of duties related to Internal Audit and Risk Management within the department. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills in auditing, risk assessment, and management processes.
About the Internship Programme:
The Gauteng Office of the Premier is committed to fostering youth development and skills training. The 2025 Internship Programme offers recent graduates the chance to acquire workplace experience in a structured and supportive environment. The program lasts for 24 months, with a focus on professional growth and development. It is aimed at individuals who will have completed their undergraduate or postgraduate studies by the end of the 2024 academic year.
