Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate cellphone allocations and policy compliance
  • Maintain digital/print records of device allocations
  • Coordinate with service providers for stock management
  • Process insurance claims and device replacements
  • Implement salary deductions for uninsured device losses
  • Maintain up-to-date user and stock databases
  • Facilitate device blacklisting and ITC case management
