Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate cellphone allocations and policy compliance
- Maintain digital/print records of device allocations
- Coordinate with service providers for stock management
- Process insurance claims and device replacements
- Implement salary deductions for uninsured device losses
- Maintain up-to-date user and stock databases
- Facilitate device blacklisting and ITC case management
