Position Details

Role Purpose

Manage administrative functions for our Mechanization Branch operations.

Key Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability for Monday-Saturday work schedule
  • Numeracy and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage petty cash and daily financial reconciliations
  • Process claims and handle supplier deliveries
  • Maintain stock control systems and execute stock takes
  • Generate GRV documentation and monitor reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
