Position Details

- Minimum Education: Grade 12/NQF4
- Experience Level: Open (Workshop experience preferred)
- Location: Harrismith, Free State

Role Purpose
Manage administrative functions for our Mechanization Branch operations.
Key Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability for Monday-Saturday work schedule
- Numeracy and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash and daily financial reconciliations
- Process claims and handle supplier deliveries
- Maintain stock control systems and execute stock takes
- Generate GRV documentation and monitor reports
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
