Position Overview
We seek a highly organized and detail-focused Administration Clerk to join our Cape Town Distribution Centre’s finance team. This role maintains smooth finance operations through payment processing, invoice reconciliation, financial reporting, and document management.
Basic Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- 2-5 years of administrative experience
- Finance diploma/degree preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including data entry and document management
- Assist with payment processing and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Support budget tracking and expenditure monitoring
- Coordinate documentation between finance and other departments
- Manage petty cash records and supplier invoices
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Contribute to improving finance administration processes
