Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain registers and statistical records
- Handle correspondence and routine inquiries
- Manage document distribution and filing systems
- Provide secretarial support for stakeholder engagements
- Assist with training plan coordination
- Perform general office administration tasks
Requirements
Essential:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Valid Code B driver’s license (accommodations available for applicants with disabilities)
Preferred:
- National Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Relevant administrative experience
Key Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of records management systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
