Experience:
- Appropriate experience in administration.
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
- Computer literacy in MS Excel and Word. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Duties (Key Result Areas/Outputs):
- Provide clerical support for patients, including admissions, discharges, and transfers on the hospital system.
- Handle clerical tasks such as ordering resources and stock, and assist with stocktaking.
- Support the supervisor and colleagues as needed.
- Assist the Head of Nursing with staff administration.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
