Job Purpose
Provide administrative support for transport operations within the Executive Support Branch, including vehicle management and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Government Motor Transport bookings
- Process vehicle usage applications
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (CBD & regional fleet)
- Administer traffic violation records
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Valid Code B driver’s license (advantageous)
Required Competencies
- Understanding of public service regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management
- Strong communication skills
- Team collaboration ability
Salary & Benefits
R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Salary Level 5)
