Position Overview:

  • Contract Type: 5-Year Fixed Term
  • Required Qualification: National Certificate (NQF 6) in Finance
  • Experience Required: 3-4 years in financial administration
  • Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
  • Department: Property Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant billing and account reconciliations
  • Process Student Center tenant invoices and utility meter readings
  • Maintain accurate financial records using MDA system
  • Track rental payments and resolve account queries
  • Generate detailed tenant status reports
  • Handle debtors/creditors communications
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tenant account management
  • 3-4 years’ MDA Financial System experience
  • Strong financial administration skills
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
