We seek an organized Administrative Assistant to support our academic operations through effective coordination and administrative management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage student records and admissions processes
  • Support exam administration procedures
  • Handle reception duties and call routing
  • Prepare academic documents and reports
  • Assist with event coordination and scheduling
  • Maintain digital records using PencilBox platform
  • Support marketing initiatives and newsletter production
  • Manage executive calendars and appointments

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written/verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Team-oriented with positive attitude
  • Experience with school administration software

Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate (essential)
  • Secretarial/Office Administration certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in educational administration or related field
