Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations:

  • Manage department documentation and compliance records
  • Handle stationery supplies and document tracking
  • Process requests within deadlines and verify information accuracy

Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule appointments and manage team calendars
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks

Records Management:

  • Maintain organized filing systems per RAF standards
  • Handle confidential document processing and storage
  • Manage file numbering and digital record-keeping
