Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
- Manage department documentation and compliance records
- Handle stationery supplies and document tracking
- Process requests within deadlines and verify information accuracy
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule appointments and manage team calendars
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks
Records Management:
- Maintain organized filing systems per RAF standards
- Handle confidential document processing and storage
- Manage file numbering and digital record-keeping
