About the Role

Support operational risk management for Western Cape GMT Fleet by handling 6,800+ traffic offenses through administrative coordination and system management.

Requirements

  • 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience processing traffic offenses
  • Valid Code B driving license (accommodations available for qualified candidates with disabilities)

Preferred Experience

  • Handling traffic summonses and court procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage traffic fine registration on Fleetman system
  • Monitor driver data distribution to municipalities/TMT
  • Represent GMT Fleet in Western Cape traffic courts
  • Process warrant of arrest notifications and SMS alerts
  • Maintain administrative systems and records

Required Knowledge

  • Public Service legislative framework
  • PFMA and Treasury regulations
  • Road Traffic Act & AARTO legislation
  • Traffic offense payment systems (payCity, PayMyFines)
  • Court procedures and labor relations protocols
