About the Role
Support operational risk management for Western Cape GMT Fleet by handling 6,800+ traffic offenses through administrative coordination and system management.
Requirements
- 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree or equivalent
- 1+ year experience processing traffic offenses
- Valid Code B driving license (accommodations available for qualified candidates with disabilities)
Preferred Experience
- Handling traffic summonses and court procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Manage traffic fine registration on Fleetman system
- Monitor driver data distribution to municipalities/TMT
- Represent GMT Fleet in Western Cape traffic courts
- Process warrant of arrest notifications and SMS alerts
- Maintain administrative systems and records
Required Knowledge
- Public Service legislative framework
- PFMA and Treasury regulations
- Road Traffic Act & AARTO legislation
- Traffic offense payment systems (payCity, PayMyFines)
- Court procedures and labor relations protocols
