Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars including meetings and travel coordination
  • Handle communications and document preparation
  • Support meeting logistics including agenda creation and minute-taking
  • Maintain confidential records and office systems
  • Assist with research projects and process optimization
  • Collaborate on cross-functional team initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • South African citizen aged 18-35
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • No previous internship or formal employment history
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
