Position Details

Experience: 1+ years in social media query management

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage queries across all company digital platforms
  • Coordinate internal responses and verify information accuracy
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and query resolutions
  • Develop FAQ resources and scam alert systems
  • Provide professional, empathetic customer communication
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
  • Track response timelines and service metrics

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certification (Matric)
  • Certificate/Diploma in Marketing (preferred)
  • Proven experience in online customer service
  • Strong digital communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
