Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage queries across all company digital platforms
- Coordinate internal responses and verify information accuracy
- Maintain records of customer interactions and query resolutions
- Develop FAQ resources and scam alert systems
- Provide professional, empathetic customer communication
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Track response timelines and service metrics
Requirements
- Grade 12 certification (Matric)
- Certificate/Diploma in Marketing (preferred)
- Proven experience in online customer service
- Strong digital communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
