Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Coordination:
- Organize meetings, record minutes, and track resolutions
Financial Processes:
- Manage procurement requests and inventory control
- Oversee invoice processing and asset registers
Document Management:
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Ensure secure handling of confidential materials
Requirements:
