Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Administration:

  • Maintain document control and version management
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures

Operational Support:

  • Coordinate office activities and maintain confidentiality
  • Prepare statistical reports and track action items

Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize meetings, record minutes, and track resolutions

Financial Processes:

  • Manage procurement requests and inventory control
  • Oversee invoice processing and asset registers

Document Management:

  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Ensure secure handling of confidential materials

Requirements:

  • National Diploma in relevant field
  • Proven administrative experience
