Position Overview

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Key Requirements

  • Education: BCom (Hons) in Investment/Financial Management/Economics or BSc (Hons) in Mathematics/Statistics
  • Certification: FAIS RE5 Certificate (or obtain within 6 months of employment)
  • Experience: 2-3 years in investment management
  • Preferred: CFA/CA(SA) qualification advantageous

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare monitoring reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics
  • Analyze investment managers using industry databases (Wilshire/eVestment)
  • Conduct comparative analysis of fund managers against industry benchmarks
  • Develop reports for internal committees and clients
  • Evaluate investment strategies and fee structures
