Ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices/payments and customer billing/collections to optimize cash flow and maintain healthy account balances.

Core Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Process supplier invoices and customer billing accurately
- Maintain complete creditor/debtor records
- Prepare account reconciliations and audit support
Compliance & Reporting
- Generate aging reports for payables/receivables
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Support internal/external audit processes
Stakeholder Management
- Resolve supplier/customer account queries
- Manage payment batches and proof of delivery documentation
- Monitor service level agreement compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance administration
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Knowledge of accounting software and banking systems
- Mining/construction industry experience preferred
