The Office of the Premier in Gauteng is offering a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to participate in the Organizational Development Internship Programme. This initiative is designed to provide practical work experience in Organizational Development, allowing participants to enhance their academic knowledge with hands-on exposure to real-world processes.
The programme is open to graduates who have completed their academic qualifications and need experiential training to fulfill their qualifications. This 24-month internship will help interns gain crucial workplace experience, while benefiting from a supportive and development-focused environment.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Must be a South African citizen and a resident of Gauteng.
- A National Diploma, BA Degree, BCom, B Tech, Honours Degree, or Master’s Degree in Management Services, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- The programme is open to unemployed graduates who have never participated in a government internship.
- Ideal candidates are those who have completed their theoretical studies and are seeking practical experience to complete their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interns will be tasked with completing various activities related to Organizational Development, offering exposure to management services and operations management.
Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their applications online through the Gauteng Professional Job Centre (www.gautengonline.gov.za) by 23 February 2025. The following documents must be included:
- A completed Z83 form (available on the DPSA website).
- A motivation letter specifying the placement area.
- A detailed curriculum vitae (CV).
- Certified copies of the identity document, senior certificate, qualifications, and academic transcript.
