Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A National Diploma, BA Degree, BCom, BTech, Honors, or Masters in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years and be South African citizens.
  • You must be a resident of Gauteng Province and an unemployed graduate who has not participated in a government internship program previously.
  • Candidates should have completed their academic theory and need practical experience to complete their qualification.

Internship Duties:

Interns will be expected to perform various tasks related to supply chain management, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as procurement, logistics, and the overall management of the supply chain process within the government sector.

About the Programme:

The Gauteng Office of the Premier is committed to developing youth talent and providing skills development opportunities across the province. The 2025 Internship Programme is designed to give graduates the practical experience they need to complement their studies, offering a 24-month program that ensures continued professional growth in a supportive environment.
