Fidelity SecureDrive is looking for a skilled and experienced Fitment Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. Key Responsibilities:

The Fitment Quality Inspector will be responsible for managing and maintaining quality across all fitment-related tasks within Fidelity SecureDrive. The role involves ensuring the maintenance of allocated resources, including vehicles, tools, and stock, while addressing customer issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key duties include:

• Ensuring vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and compliance with traffic regulations.
• Managing tools and equipment, ensuring safekeeping, and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Maintaining operational devices and monitoring data usage.
• Ensuring uniform compliance with PSIRA standards and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Providing on-site and remote product support, handling technical and customer queries.
• Assisting with vehicle tracking fitments, hardware installations, and repairs.
• Implementing specialized fitment techniques, including OEM fitment guidelines.
• Developing and training technicians as needed and ensuring that all activities meet the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A completed Matric qualification.
• A valid driver’s license (Code B) and a clear criminal record.
• PSIRA Grade C certification.
• A trade test in motor electrical/electronics or similar is preferred.
• An auto-electrician qualification would be advantageous.
• A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of vehicle tracking systems.
