About the Graduate Programme

This Procurement and Development Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity for graduates with a Postgraduate degree in Built Environment to build their career in the procurement and infrastructure sectors. Throughout the programme, participants will gain hands-on experience, working on real-world projects, honing their procurement and project management skills, and improving their ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Who Should Apply?

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

✔ Hold a Postgraduate degree in Built Environment
✔ Have a strong foundation in procurement and infrastructure, with a keen attention to detail
✔ Possess basic computer skills, along with good communication and presentation skills
✔ Be a South African citizen or permanent resident with a valid South African identity document
✔ Candidates must not have participated in any previous internships or graduate programmes

Programme Duration

• The graduate programme lasts for five years, with successful applicants required to sign a contract for the full duration of the programme.
