Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional health infrastructure projects (capital & maintenance)
- Manage project teams and procurement processes
- Monitor project implementation and compliance
- Develop asset management strategies with client departments
- Maintain updated knowledge of building regulations (OHS Act, SANS, National Building Codes)
- Oversee contract administration and consultant agreements
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- SACAP professional registration
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- 3+ years post-qualification experience
Preferred Experience
- Contract documentation and administration
- Multi-disciplinary project management
- Policy development in technical environments
