Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional health infrastructure projects (capital & maintenance)
  • Manage project teams and procurement processes
  • Monitor project implementation and compliance
  • Develop asset management strategies with client departments
  • Maintain updated knowledge of building regulations (OHS Act, SANS, National Building Codes)
  • Oversee contract administration and consultant agreements

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • SACAP professional registration
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience

Preferred Experience

  • Contract documentation and administration
  • Multi-disciplinary project management
  • Policy development in technical environments
