- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification

- Professional Registration: SACAP mandatory
- Driving License: Valid Code B required
Core Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all project phases
- Oversee procurement processes and contractor management
- Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building regulations (OHS Act, SANS, NBRS)
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare technical reports and progress updates

Technical Knowledge:
– Health facility design standards
– Project lifecycle management
– Construction contract administration
Key Skills:
– Advanced CAD/BIM proficiency
– Stakeholder coordination
– Problem-solving in complex environments

Remuneration Package
R761,157 per annum (OSD Grade A Framework)
