Position Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Limpopo
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-trade experience
  • Education: Matric/NQF Level 4 + Auto Electrical Trade Certificate

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain fleet vehicles including underground Landcruisers, service trucks, and mining equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems using engineering best practices
  • Respond to maintenance requests from pre-start inspections and breakdown reports
  • Supervise apprentice work quality and compliance
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with Mine Health & Safety Act regulations

Essential Requirements

  • Valid Code EB/10 Driver’s License
  • Ability to work shifts, overtime, and standby rotations
  • Proficiency in wiring systems and battery maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Successful completion of medical fitness and background checks
