Position Summary

We seek a skilled Process Artisan to oversee production operations, ensure equipment efficiency, and maintain safety standards at our Secunda facility. This role involves shift work and requires hands-on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial processing equipment
• Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Perform quality control checks and product sampling
• Identify and report safety risks or equipment defects
• Maintain detailed production records and logs
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and housekeeping standards

Requirements

Education:

• Matric/N3 with Mathematics, English & Physical Science
• CHIETA NQF Level 4 Chemical Operations certification

Experience:

• 5+ years in petrochemical process operations (Required)
• Production environment experience (Required)
• Supervisory/coordination experience (Preferred)

Working Conditions

• Shift work including weekends
• Physical labor in industrial settings
• Emergency call-out availability
