- Mentor junior staff members
- Coordinate with maintenance planning systems
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12/N3 Certificate with Math, Science, and English
- Valid Diesel Mechanic Trade Certification
- 4 years’ practical experience in industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in safety management systems
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals
