Core Purpose

Ensure optimal plant/mine equipment performance through effective electro-mechanical maintenance, adherence to safety protocols, and implementation of reliability strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equipment maintenance using plant documentation systems
• Implement safety management systems and emergency procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
• Maintain operational systems including IMS and MBO compliance
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members
• Participate in root cause analysis and process improvements
• Manage work progress reporting and equipment history tracking
• Lead team initiatives and mentorship programs

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated competence in industrial maintenance environments
• Proficiency in work management systems and planning processes
• Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance protocols
