Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Minimum Education: Matric
• Required Experience: 3+ years technical experience
• Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
• Department: Engineering/Technical

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards
• Conduct preventive maintenance on production machinery and utilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively
• Manage welding, milling, and equipment installation projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Collaborate on operational improvements and new installations
• Provide technical guidance to operational teams

Required Qualifications:

• N3 Certificate + Trade Test (Millwright)
• 3 years’ cellar/utilities maintenance experience
• Proficiency in electrical systems analysis and welding
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness for standby duties and flexible hours
