Position Details

- Qualification: National Diploma in IT (NQF Level 6)
- Experience: 3-5 years in relevant IT roles

Key Requirements
- ITIL certification (V3-V4 Practitioner/Intermediate)
- Proficiency in Service Management Tools
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Manager or Intune
- Knowledge of IT asset management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000)
- Software licensing expertise (Microsoft preferred)
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT asset standards/policies
- Manage organization-wide IT asset register and reporting
- Coordinate asset verification and disposal processes
- Track software licenses and configuration items
- Oversee technology refresh cycles for end-user equipment
- Collaborate with vendors on hardware/software procurement
- Manage mobile device lifecycle and loaner asset pools
