Position Overview:

- 🎓 Preferred Qualifications: Hospitality Certificate/Diploma (Advantageous)
- đź’Ľ Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Assistant Banqueting Manager role
Essential Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and F&B systems
- Proven track record in hotel banquet operations
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, nights, and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of conference/banquet operations
- Ensure seamless client experiences from arrival to departure
- Conduct post-event evaluations with clients
- Monitor and maintain banquet cost controls
- Handle financial procedures and daily reporting
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with F&B team to maintain service standards
