Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Experience Required: 4-5 years retail management
Education: Matric Certificate (National Certificate preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Team Leadership
- Manage daily store activities and customer experience
- Lead and develop retail team members
- Maintain health/safety standards and operational procedures
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Implement sales strategies and staff training programs
- Analyze sales data to drive profitability
- Coordinate promotions and maintain attractive product displays
Inventory & Financial Management
- Oversaw stock control and budgeting processes
- Manage financial records and POS systems (Pastel/CM/Onfleet)
- Conduct regular stock audits and loss prevention
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Strong leadership with team-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving in fast-paced environments
- Customer-focused mindset with sales expertise
