  • Develop effective credit control policies and procedures
  • Monitor and recover outstanding institutional debts
  • Collaborate with debt collection agencies
  • Coordinate student payment plans and debit order systems
  • Prepare financial reports and audit documentation
  • Provide exceptional client service while maintaining financial controls
