Salary: R444,036 – R532,602 per annum (Level 9)
Location: Head Office, Tshwane – Human Resources Management and Development, Learning and Development Directorate
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in public administration, management, office management, business management, or administration management at NQF Level 6 (SAQA-recognized).
- Three years’ experience in an administrative role at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of PFMA, Treasury regulations, public service legislation, and office administration.
- Knowledge of the South African Constitution and departmental policies.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial and administrative functions, including budgeting, procurement, human resources, and office maintenance.
- Monitor and manage Chief Directorate budgets, spending plans, and procurement activities.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, compile reports, and act as secretariat.
- Ensure proper asset management and conduct regular audits.
- Support the Chief Director with operational and strategic tasks.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Implement risk and compliance management strategies.
- Efficiently manage human, physical, and financial resources within the unit.
