- Experience: Minimum 3 years in public service administration
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Finance/Public Administration
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in financial administration and public service regulations
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and maintain professional accountability
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite and office management systems
- Strong knowledge of PFMA, Public Service Act, and Treasury Regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee court administration systems and statistical reporting
- Manage document tracking systems and corporate service files
- Supervise budget implementation and expense monitoring
- Coordinate supply chain functions and staff claims processing
- Conduct policy compliance audits and stakeholder liaison
