Position Details:
- • Employment Type: Full Time
- • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Law (LLB/B.Juris advantageous)
- • Experience: 5 years in HR (3 years supervisory experience)
- • Location: Gauteng
- • Department: Human Resources
Essential Requirements:
- • Valid driver’s license with reliable transport
- • Expertise in Labor Relations Act, BCEA, and COIDA
- • Experience with CCMA/SALGBC procedures and arbitration
- • Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- • Strong leadership and policy development capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage disciplinary proceedings and employee grievances
- • Represent organization in labor disputes and mediations
- • Develop employee relations strategies and compliance systems
- • Advise management on labor law compliance
- • Oversight of labor relations reporting and case management
