Position Details:

  • • Employment Type: Full Time
  • • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Law (LLB/B.Juris advantageous)
  • • Experience: 5 years in HR (3 years supervisory experience)
  • • Location: Gauteng
  • • Department: Human Resources

Essential Requirements:

  • • Valid driver’s license with reliable transport
  • • Expertise in Labor Relations Act, BCEA, and COIDA
  • • Experience with CCMA/SALGBC procedures and arbitration
  • • Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • • Strong leadership and policy development capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage disciplinary proceedings and employee grievances
  • • Represent organization in labor disputes and mediations
  • • Develop employee relations strategies and compliance systems
  • • Advise management on labor law compliance
  • • Oversight of labor relations reporting and case management
