Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate
- National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree in Building Management/Construction Management/Safety Management
- Valid driver’s license (accommodations available for applicants with disabilities)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee building maintenance and infrastructure management
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Manage fleet operations and physical security systems
- Supervise records management processes
- Lead team of 3+ staff members
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Proven track record in SHERQ/OHS implementation
- Experience in government facilities management preferred
