Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate
  • National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree in Building Management/Construction Management/Safety Management
  • Valid driver’s license (accommodations available for applicants with disabilities)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee building maintenance and infrastructure management
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
  • Manage fleet operations and physical security systems
  • Supervise records management processes
  • Lead team of 3+ staff members

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
  • Proven track record in SHERQ/OHS implementation
  • Experience in government facilities management preferred
