Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits: leave, medical aid, allowances, and service terminations
  • Oversee COIDA claims processing and compliance
  • Develop HR policies and operational plans aligned with regulations
  • Lead recruitment processes and performance management systems
  • Prepare reports and ensure audit compliance
  • Provide technical HR guidance to stakeholders
