Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits: leave, medical aid, allowances, and service terminations
- Oversee COIDA claims processing and compliance
- Develop HR policies and operational plans aligned with regulations
- Lead recruitment processes and performance management systems
- Prepare reports and ensure audit compliance
- Provide technical HR guidance to stakeholders
