Job Purpose
Ensure effective management of regulatory compliance processes for the Minibus Taxi Industry’s market entry in the Western Cape.
Key Requirements
- 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of public transport management experience.
- Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage registration/deregistration of minibus taxi associations and members.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and policies.
- Oversee transport and customer relations functions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and dispute resolution.
- Supervise team performance and office operations.
