Job Purpose

Ensure effective management of regulatory compliance processes for the Minibus Taxi Industry’s market entry in the Western Cape.

Key Requirements

  • 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of public transport management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage registration/deregistration of minibus taxi associations and members.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and policies.
  • Oversee transport and customer relations functions.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and dispute resolution.
  • Supervise team performance and office operations.
