Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic management of student administration operations
  • Manage undergraduate/postgraduate processes (admissions, registration, examinations, graduation)
  • Coordinate new student orientation programs
  • Ensure quality assurance and efficient service delivery
  • Serve as Faculty Board secretariat and committee member
  • Manage academic exclusions, appeals, and readmissions

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/BTech qualification
  • 5+ years experience in student administration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of academic programs
  • Experience in general management principles
  • Understanding of financial and HR management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Management degree/diploma
  • Budget and project management experience
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Student systems
  • Higher education sector experience
