Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic management of student administration operations
- Manage undergraduate/postgraduate processes (admissions, registration, examinations, graduation)
- Coordinate new student orientation programs
- Ensure quality assurance and efficient service delivery
- Serve as Faculty Board secretariat and committee member
- Manage academic exclusions, appeals, and readmissions
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/BTech qualification
- 5+ years experience in student administration
- Comprehensive knowledge of academic programs
- Experience in general management principles
- Understanding of financial and HR management
Preferred Qualifications
- Management degree/diploma
- Budget and project management experience
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Student systems
- Higher education sector experience
