Position Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration, Public Management, Information Management, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in IT administration, data management, or MIS systems
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student registration processes and policy implementation
- Oversee student database management for current students and alumni
- Develop/maintain college MIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate student orientation programs and pre-entry support services
- Produce statistical reports on student performance and institutional data
- Supervise resource management (human, physical, financial)
