Position Summary
Location: Head Office, Reitz, Free State
Department: Finance
Reporting to: Financial Controller: VKB Group
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous)
- Knowledge of BI reporting and dimension analysis
- Bilingual proficiency (strong verbal/written communication)
- Valid driver’s license
Core Responsibilities
- Manage ERP system implementations and standardization across VKB Group
- Develop and maintain financial control environments
- Design and implement system enhancements
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and database management
- Collaborate with financial and operational managers

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability
- Proven track record in deadline-driven environments
- Effective team collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
