Key Qualifications

  • 2-year hospitality degree with 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities in high-volume environments

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across bell services, switchboard, and reception teams
  • Develop staff training programs and recognition initiatives
  • Resolve guest concerns with effective problem-solving
  • Monitor service standards through guest feedback analysis
  • Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
