Assistant HEMIS Officer Jobs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-year qualification in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years’ hands-on experience in:
  • HEMIS reporting systems
  • Academic structure management
  • Integrated Tertiary Systems (ITS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the university’s academic structure databases
• Support data quality assurance processes for institutional reporting
• Perform regular data validation and integrity checks
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure compliance with reporting standards
