Key Responsibilities
Core Objectives:
- Learn retail management principles and store operations
- Support sales growth and customer service excellence
- Assist in team training and development
- Help maintain inventory and merchandising standards
Daily Tasks:
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures
- Help analyze sales performance data
- Maintain attractive product displays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong interest in retail career progression
- Leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
